The chicken dish was refinely executed that came with two different taste, one was the deep fried stuffed chicken skin, It may looked simple but a lot of effort and time is needed to create this dish. the was the stir-fried chicken with pin nut seeds with hoi sin sauce which turn out to be very addictive dish...
