The char siew some how pretty oily for me. It still retain the slight crispy outer layer with a soft inner texture that has a 2 layers consist of fats and lean meat... Food Poi
I initially thought that the crunchies above my Hakka Mee was fried lard, but according to Masak-masak its actually fish bits, great to add some texture to the noodles, which in `` kosong'' form goes perfectly with the Char Siew:- )...Julian Si
Char siu is only ready from 1030am onwards and tends to run out fast so try to get there before 1pm for the good stuff!Fried Chillies
