  • Parking is OK. Steamed Loong Tan ( Estuary Garoupa ) -thickly sliced ( would have prefer it intact with it's collagen filled skin ) seated on a bed of fresh lettuce, good grade soy sauce and garnished with spring onion and coriander leaves-kept warm with lighted wax- slightly over steamed...
