So what you get is an explosion of beefy goodness, best washed down with some clear soup ( that doesnt make you super thirsty, btw )... epicuriousgirl

有牛肚, 牛百叶, ~. The mixed beef:. a combination of stomach, beef balls and beef cubes. no beef slices. still the same tasteless soup and the cow stomach are equally tasteless. however the beef cubes are tasty ~. wonder why the soup is so plain... ling239
