  • ``Loh She Fun'' also known as Silver Needle Noodles. served with lots of minced meat and a fresh egg in the middle. after some mixing. other than the minced meat, there are prawns also pork liver slices in this too. have to do the mixing pretty quickly otherwise the liver slices at the bottom will be burnt. this is flavoursome...
