I strongly recommend this restaurant to all Italian food lovers. Definitely worth the once-in-awhile splurge ... Compassionate Vegetarians

... definitely a feed-good dining place and I love the pizzas, the scallops, sardines, the veal osso bucco and the rock-me tiramisu. Thumbs up to the breads and dips too! masak-masak

On our second visit, photos turned out a little darker as we were seated in the corner where it was quite dimly lit and am not a fan of using the flash ( esp when I'm not doing a review as it draws too much attention )... Eat your heart out

A mere five pieces sad wading almost proudly in a small pool of smoked black truffle butter sauce in a ( startlingly ugly ) red dish, topped with freshly-shaved parmesan ; it was almost as if the ravioli was daring us to find fault with its modest portion size... marcky

Thankful nevertheless, it was Him who brought me to this ristorante italiano, serenely resided on the 8th floor ofLe Meridien Hotel and that was officially my virgin experience to dine in a proper italiano restaurant, namely Favola.Decorated with mystical Venetian masks, Favola ( which means fable in Italian ) has a rustic Italian setting reminiscent of the renaissance era... The only thing you may not be able to do is make your cherry parfait in a Pacojet (well, unless you have one of this cool expensive machines already!)... Eat your heart out

I guess it would have been better if the bread was served much earlier while the appetizers were being prepared, but that’s just me. One thing to note though, we were asked whether we wanted Still or Sparkling water once we sat down, only to find out in the end that each bottle of water cost us RM26! iamthewitch
