Coffee Chemistry Cafe also makes wonderful handroll wraps, and we tried three of them: beef bacon (too much chilli sauce until it overwhelms the taste of the already-thin strips of beef bacon; not recommended), smoked salmon (thick and juicy slices of salmon with a wonderful smoky taste, recommended), and chicken (thick slices of chicken, but far too much chilli sauce for it's own good; kinda sorta recommend) ...
